This Mouse Chemokine Ligand 25 (CCL25) ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended for quantitative detection of mouse CCL25 in cell culture supernates, cell lysates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests.
This mouse CCL25 ELISA Kit was based on standard sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. A monoclonal antibody from rat specific for CCL25 has been precoated onto 96-well plates. Standards(Expression system for standard: E.coli, Immunogen sequence: Q24-N144) and test samples are added to the wells, a biotinylated detection polyclonal antibody from goat specific for CCL25 is added subsequently and then followed by washing with PBS or TBS buffer. Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex was added and unbound conjugates were washed away with PBS or TBS buffer. HRP substrate TMB was used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the mouse CCL25 amount of sample captured in plate.

Additional Information: The capture antibody is a monoclonal antibody from rat, the detection antibody is a biotinylated polyclonal antibody from goat. Expression system for standard: Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 25 (CCL25) is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family that is also known as TECK (Thymus-Expressed Chemokine). The mouse Teck gene was mapped to chromosome 8 and human Teck gene was to 19p13.2. CCL25 is believed to play a role in the development of T-cells. It is chemotactic for thymocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells. CCL25 elicits its effects by binding to the chemokine receptor CCR9.; Immunogen sequence: 369
